Our Happy Tails...

Hello Everyone at Purrs and Pups!

I just wanted to write and let you know how Maya {Formally Cookie} was doing.

She is a wonderful pup. She has doubled in size since we have brought her home. Also her ears are starting to stand up. Don't know if any of her siblings have ears standing up but it looks like hers will. And her coat is changing, she is getting more of the shep coat in her. She is almost 20 pounds too. The vet says she looks great.

She is also very smart and VERY stubborn. She also has a LOT of energy 24/7. Luckily Jethro keeps her busy. Jethro is her big brother {he's a 181 pd Leonberger} The two of them are great together. But she can be a coward. When they are outside if Jethro hears a noise he will bark at it, Maya hides under him barking but if the bush or tree move she books it for the back door. Maya has also taken all of her brothers toys out of his room and claimed them for her self. You should have seen her for Christmas. She found out what Santa Paws was and had a Field day! Though she did steal her brothers x-mass presents. Luckily he likes to share.

Thanks,

Kira Wright, Jethro, and Maya

Hi there!

Just wanted to let you know that Sloopy is doing AWESOME! She adores her big great dane brother, Tucker and fortunately he's being a wonderful role model and also getting a little bit more of his playful side back! Thank you again- she is very loved, very well taken care of and really, really smart with training!

Here are some pictures of the best buds!

Cabo is a very happy and smart dog! All the regular "puppy" stuff came so easily to him, the potty training etc etc. The other dogs in the house have taken to him quite well. Chico loves him to pieces, they play all the time until night and then he is ready to sleep all night. We have had him since November though and we've only heard him bark twice, when he did bark it was hysterical.

Thanks again, he's awesome and seriously spoiled!

Best Regards,

Kristen Plitnick

I thought you would enjoy seeing how wonderful our Shadow is doing (we adopted him last Thanksgiving weekend). I had forwarded this picture to work and I realized I hadn't sent an update in a while. If you remember he was grey and tan when he was a puppy, but now everyone things he looks like a golden (but doesn't shed like one).

HE IS THE BEST DOG EVER!!!

Hope you had a wonderful holiday.

My husband and I adopted our dog Bella, formerly aurora, from Purrs and Pups on April 5, 2007. She is doing very well and we can't imagine how anyone would ever not want her.  She came from a Georgia rescue and on a recent vet visit, we saw in an x ray a b.b. gun pellet in her skin.  Could you imagine that someone once shot her and then never got it removed!  We're so glad we can provide her with a much better life now.

Anyways Merry Christmas, Happy New Year!

Sincerely,

Kelly Termini
